A Sad update .
Josephs teeth and gums are in horrible shape and he has thyroid and kidney issues as well.WE will have to discuss the quality of Josephs life once he gives me an estimate on what needs being done.
If Joseph has some good years left I will go for it, if not it may be a kindness to say Good Bye.
I really am torn by this , I pray I will do the right thing.
