with the frigid weather we've been having there is alot more that "boobies" getting blue!!!I just love liver and grits and mudpuppies (crawfish? crayfish?) I can suck the insides out of the heads like a true cajun but I'll leave the gizzard to the rest. I will, however, boil them in my turkey juz to add the stock. Sorry Phred, but I also use the dreaded KLAMJUZ in certain fixin's too
