You should see all the BYB & puppy mills on kijiji.. it's sick! But they aren't breaking any rules/laws so it's sadly allowed

Not sure if there is anything that can be done about it
I personally keep my eyes open for illegal pets.. more specifically the Common Snapping Turtle, their numbers are very low in Ontario
