INDEED! Ill take some of that Dirty Rice! My dad learned how to cook some of that good ol southern fare and we enjoyed it a LOT on cold days! He made this sausage dish every winter with about 20 different hot sauces...if that didn't clear out your sinues I don't know what would!

Ill take whatevers on tap Make sure the kitties are included too!
