    Hi ya'll!

I'm running late to take Murph to the vet. He's hopping around,
not using his back foot. Hope Oz didn't step on him.
Anywho, I'll be back later to respond to everybody, but
wanted to post a quick puppy shot of Oz, so ya'll could see
    how much he's grown.

I know I started out the day with a fleece shirt, because I thought it was cold this morning...
Yea, I ran into that same problem yesterday! Too nice for my long sleeve shirt. Today, it's just miserable here. Really foggy and getting worse with each minute, and really rainy. I really don't like this kind of weather. I want my sun back.

    Hey there ownerof3dogs!

I've posted pics of all of'em on various threads since I've been
at Pettalk, but I normally post more pics of Oz here. People
seem more interested in him vs Murph and Maddie.
Not sure if it's because they saw him as a puppy or if they're
just more partial to his look vs M&M's scruffy one.

Here's a couple of better pics of M&M:

    Maddie

    Murpher

    Hi wolfq!

I know... gotta love dem blue eyes.
He weighed 37lbs last week at the vet, so he's probably
at least 40 by now. His stomach seems to be a bottomless
    pit.

Thanks Doggiesarethebest! Oz is almost 5 mos. He doesn't
look like a puppy, but he still acts like one. He's got boundless
enthusiasm, with a knack for finding stuff to get into.

    Hey there anna66!

I love to visit snowy areas for skiing, but can't imagine living
in that 24/7. I love the freedom that warm weather provides
    too much.

    Hola ramanth!

Oz actually would probably love cold weather. I got him from
Wisconsin back in Sept and he was use to 70 degrees, but it
was still 90 here. He'd follow Murph and me around the yard,
but from a distance, because he didn't want to leave the
shaded areas to step into the hot grass.

Oh I totaly think Murphy and Maddie are adorable too. They look so happy in those pictures. Maddie looks like she's smiling. Are they Cairn Terriers?

Is Murphy O.K. Hows his leg?

    Hi Jennifert!

I posted a couple of threads with Oz pics back in Sep and
Oct, but I twaz too lazy to search for them. Figured it was faster
just to post a couple of pics on this thread. Oz is my first
big dog and I'm just amazed at how big he's gotten so fast.
He still thinks he's small though, so I've got a 40lb lap dog.

    hey again ownerof3dogs!

yep M&M are cairns. just the best lil' dogs. they really are the
perfect compliment to a collie. Oz is a bit timid about somethings,
except when Murph's around. He seems to feed off Murph's
confidence. Think he picked up their exhuberance too.
In puppy class, when the dogs got to play, he was right in
there with the 2 other terriers in the class, just running around
like a wild banshee, while the 2 lab mixes were hiding under
their owners legs. I think he's been around Murph and Maddie
so much, he thinks he's a terrier vs a collie.

Murph has a tear in his knee ligament. He's got to rest it
for 2 weeks along with taking some pills. Hopefully that will
work, otherwise he's gotta go see a specialist about knee
    surgery.

I know how you feel, Destiny, our little one weighed in at about 43 pounds a couple of weeks ago. However, our dane who still thinks she's a lap dog and probably always will, weighed in on that same day at around 80 pounds. So, we've got 40 & 80 pound lap dogs.

Oz and M & M are so cute. Thanks for sharing all the pics! Yes, some people prefer to see pics of dogs like Oz but there are others who prefer pics of dogs like M & M. However, here on Pettalk, we like to see pics of all kinds of dogs. So, keep those pics coming of all of your animals!

He's so cute about it, I really don't mind having a 40 lb lap dog
(soon to be 65lb). Well except when he's running at break neck
speed and hurls himself into my lap.

Oh I know, everybody's got different preferences. I love Oz,
because he's part of the family, but I really am more attracted
to scruffy type breeds as a rule. If not for being a grooming
nitemare, I'd have an Old English Sheepdog in a heartbeat.
Seems like here at Pettalk there's more smooth type dog lovers.
The only other scruffy dog I can remember seeing here is
Taggert, who's just the cutest thing going. I don't think I've
seen a really scruffy breed as Dog of the Day yet either. Course
I've only been here a few months, so maybe I missed him.

Par, I'm with you! I love fluffy, scruffy dogs too!!! I'm a huge fan of dogs with lots of hair! I think your cairn terriers are beautiful! I just met a wheaton terrier the other day that was the sweetest cutest thing I've ever seen!!!!!!!
