Actually, they get confiscated. I found that out at Christmas with little itty bitty rawhides for puppies. Some poor pups never got their presents from the States!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't we have something like that circulate a while back? Okay, so my mind isn't as sharp as it used to be. But I definitely remember doing something similar.
