My eyes are leaky, very leaky. It's been my observation that even though we know when the time is coming, it doesn't make it any easier. It's so hard to be petless and RedHedd I know that you feel empty inside but like me, hopefully one day that special kitty will find you and you will welcomed to love again.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Georgia, I'm so sorry that Mitzi had to leave you so soon but I'm glad that her passing was a peaceful one and that she's now pain free and with Mishi. I'm sure that my RB Pepper and RB Starr were also there to greet her. Now it's time for you to grieve and I hope that eventually you'll be able to open your heart up to another kitty in need of a wonderful forever home. RIP sweet Mitzi. Please take care. (((HUGS)))

I'm sorry to learn about Mitzi. She is now pain free and playing at Rainbow Bridge. God Bless You!

When Tigger died it hurt deep down. Even today the pain is still there. Not as bad but still there and it shows when I read threads like this. Sending out my thoughts and prayers. I also lit a candle. So sorry for your loss.

I agree. Just when I think my heart has healed, I see another PT kitty is gone. That's when the pain is fresh and I cry because I know the pain that is being felt. On the positive side, I can now mostly smile when I think about the furkids no longer with me. Know you made the right decision for Mitzi, she told you so.

I'm sorry that it had to end this way but you did the right thing although that probably isn't much comfort to you right now. RIP, dear Mitzi and peace to your Mom.
    Blessings,
    Mary

I'm so sorry!! Mitzi was a beautiful girl and I know you'll miss her so much. An empty kitty house is something you'll know when to resolve - it's not in our hands. RIP dear Mitzi - peace to your family.
