I'm so sorry. But I'm with the others: not everything that could be done theoretically has to be done. You also have to think about what you put Mitzi through. This tumor really doesn't sound good at all. I hope she has a little time free of pain to say goodbye to you.

OMG - I don't know what to say. My heart is with you.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

I am so sorry. Yes, it is the hardest appointment to make and to keep. I'll be there with you in spirit. Please give Mitzi a kiss from me.

Yes it sure is. You are doing the unselfish thing by thinking of Mitzi and letting her go will be very difficult but then she'll be pain free and at peace. I'll be thinking of you both. Please take care. (((HUGS)))

Even if you had gobs of money - how would Mitzi handle the surgery?

You have just made one of the most unselfish decisions for Mitzi and
all of us are there with you.

It is such a shame that so many of us know exactly what you are going through because we have had to go down this path as well.

I send you the biggest hug I can muster and I will say prayers for both of you.

I had to make that appointment for Scooter Bug as well... he made his trip to the bridge at 11 am this morning. It is definitely the hardest appointment to make.

    Sending you prayers.

I'm so sorry. I do, as many do, know your pain. Sending prayers, love, and soft kisses for dear Mitzi.

Well now she's hiding under the bed. I have to go out for a hair appointment. I don't know what I will do if I can't get her out from under there when the time comes. I hope she doesn't make it too much harder for me than this already is.

Scooter's Mom - I'm so sorry for your loss. Scooter will be there to greet Mitzi when it's her turn to cross over
