I almost started a NASCAR thread yesterday when I posted the link to the History Channel program, "Madhouse". You have to watch it! It was funny and really good.
Amazing what people will do and do to go racing! Check it out.
It's a weekly series about racing in the Winston/Salem area at a track that's known as Bowman Gray. It follows two families that compete against each other during a four month 16 race series.
I think they should change the name to "Nutcases".
The best part of the program?
One of the racers goes to a school where there are some 5-6 year kids to do a meet and greet.
He brings his car to the school and the kids are into checking it out. They start to chant, "Start it up". THe driver starts the car up, the kids are more animated and the last shot is of one kid jumping around yelling, "Junior Miller sucks!"
(Miller is the home track bad boy that wrecks people to win races...)
IT was a great program and I really look forward to watching the series.
