It is a shame because without a thumb the use of that hand will be very limited. You can do with 3 fingers as long a you have a thumb and one of you other fingers. I hope with therapy they can train one of her fingers to act as a thumb.

It does. Two pinkies on the outsides, then going in, two ring fingers and two middle fingers. That's bizarre. They also stated she has 5 fingers on her other hand. Does that mean she also doesn't have a thumb on that hand?
