    That is a screaming deal! I have a 900 sq/ft house on 1.5 acre, valued at $115,000. I R green with the envy.

    It's been appraised at over 100k. It was foreclosed on. It makes me sad to think of the family that had to leave. . They made out with all they could, though...appliances, light bulbs, etc. . We are going to get kitchen appliances from craigslist or something. Fencing is going to be our biggest initial expense but that alone will add more value to the property.
