I am thinking of you Michael the orange elder statesman of Pet Talk. I have been to the vets with our family cat Doris this last week who is 4 months away from turning 20 years old. She has similar problems too, but they are so strong these older wiser cats.
I am praying for you Michael, and hope the meds make you feel better soon.

I was thinking last night that i was a bit irritated by Michael sitting in the very middle of the bed, and the fact that I had to manuever around him to get a seat.
My Bed was so empty last night, I realized how petty I had been and I cant wait until My Dream Cats back where he belongs.
It reminds me of the times when Mr Scrappy used to lie on my chest and knead me with his paws and rub his head agianst my chin.
I eventually would push him off and he would jump off the bed.
With LES I wish now that I could have me back on my chest, showing me how much he loves me.
What wouldnt I give for another time with Mr Scrappy.We dont know what weve lost til theyre gone.

We've probably all done that, Gary; we're human and we get tired and overwhelmed at times. There isn't a soul on PT who doesn't know how devoted you are to your cats and all of your dear cats know it, too, so don't reproach yourself for even one second longer. We're still waiting to hear a good report. (((HUGS)))
