    You should be able to copy and paste it just as I did. I received it in an email.

    Here it is, I had to put ENTER in to split it up so you could get the whole thing. Once you copy and paste, you will need to take those out. LEAVE that period after the end of the first line -- I did NOT add anything other than the ENTERs.
