Bananas!

I love banannas on cereal, on ice cream with yummy chocolate, as bananna banannas, they are also good for when you have the trots .

I buy baking bananas (overripe, cheap!), peel them, cut in half and freeze in a bag. They freeze VERY well.

I use them in my chocolate protein shakes...I buy the chocolate for that very reason! YUM! (The strawberries and mixed berries go in the vanilla!)
