    Yes, they are harder to clean... At least it seemed to be more difficult. The mate cleaned them for us. Better tip for him that way.

    We are in Hobe Sound visiting my parents. Bummer is we hit the road home tomorrow. But its all good... We miss our doggies. LOL

    actually the captain cleaned the trigger fish for us it did look more difficult and he said that their skin is quite thick so it makes it difficult.

    I'm not sure where all they are located. I wonder if it's the sort of thing you might find around here in a fish market but not in a grocery store or anything.
