Sounds bad, one week is a long time for such a bug! I really think you should see a doctor if this doesn't get better. Could it be you're infected with salmonella? Just wondering because a stomach virus usually doesn't take that long.
Anyway, whatever it is, I hope you will soon feel better! Nausea and sickness are just awful!!
