Wouldn't a piece of fabric make out of that second picture look awesome?
You have done good working with those pictures, isn't it fun?! Can't wait to see how you progress and learn and what you will be able to do!!
(I had that paint shop pro 8 for several years before I learned how to do anything with it.)

They look greatA lot more than I could do when I started using photo editing software and your kittys are just too cute!!
Do you have a feather tool on PaintShopPro? It just fades out the edges and softens them a bit... if you select the kittys face, cut it out and then use a small feather radius it will make the edges look less sharp... thats the only thing I can see that you can improve
And I agree the second one would look great as a piece of fabric....
