Absolutely send it back, contact Amazon and inform them of the misinformation, and demand either your money back or the other CD instead. That it claimed to have 13 pieces, and just has seven - that's false advertising, plain and simple.

Warner Bros have a reputation for being dishonest to everyone..fans and performers alike. I would definately get a refund from Amazon. You are no doubt in the fan club or visit his homepage (sorry I don't know anything about the artist) I would post there as well to warn fans and maybe get the artists or his "handlers" attention.

Oh, I am betting I have got their attention.. I am posting this everywhere, even on facebook where I am in one of his fan clubs AND on You Tube where it has the promo for it but last time I looked, my comment wasn't there yet..LOL!

Thing is, no matter WHO is responsiable for it, they don't need to use tricks to fool people to sell Andrea's music/DVD's, all that is going to do is hurt sales due to the lost trust in what they are doing. I won't be so quick to trust them anymore.
