    I am such a softie - I'd not only pet him, I'd give whatever I was eating if he used that face!

    Which ALL dogs instinctively know about me. I have been at a crowded state park on a busy weekend, and had a dog pick its way through the crowds of people, past many other table with food on them, to come and sit next to me!
