    Tori's Ordeal

Wow! I guess all my PT buddies have been keeping tabs on the whole situation!
Thanks to Phred and everyone. I think the prayers & positive thoughts really help, cause its surely a miracle Tori is still with us!

I know my PT friends will understand that Tori has special significance to us. Its weighed heavily on my mind & heart all thru this ordeal that we so want her to survive this, to have the chance to live a nice long life (God willing), a chance that her brother Sherman didn't get. I guess God needed him more than we did. I have a feeling he, Star & Rosie are hanging around very close right now.

    Thanks for your support!

I hadn't seen all this was going on.

I'm very glad to hear that she's home and doing well.

She is beautiful! That is so great you got a dog that ties you to Sherman. When I lost Gracie I knew there was no way I could ever have a tie to her unless her sister was bred. She only had one other litter mate. Gracie's sister will be bred this time next year, but I don't know if I'd be in a spot for another dog. I hope I am! I would love to have a blood tie to my RB Gracie. The 4th of this month was 1 year since I had lost her. I still cry every time I think about her.

Congrats on this beautiful girl! May she bring you many many years of joy and knowing the breed...lots of laughter!

    A Tori update

I copied this update from Cyber-Sibes' Web site, http://sscyber-sibes.blogspot.com

    Woo-woo, its me, Tori!

I want to thank you all fur the pawrayers & pawsitive thoughts woo've sent me. It means a lot! I feel better with each day that goes by. I'm still pretty sleepy, not furry hungry, and not moving too fast, but when Mom asked me to smile for efurryone, I could do that! I saw my vet on Saturday and he says everything looks good so far.

Jack has been a good big brofur, but he's kind of bummed he doesn't get home-cooked meals like I get. (Don't worry, mom lets him have what I don't finish.)

    woos & kisses,
    Tori

Here is a Tori update from 11/29-- more at http://sscyber-sibes.blogspot.com:

    Woos & a-roos to yous!
Did woo have a good Thanksgiving day, (those of us in the USA)?
We had khompnay! Moms boyz drove out from Ohio! (Never under-estimate the power of Mom's home cooking). They left this morning, now we have time to catch up on the blogs.

We got yummy turkey, crunchy carrots, but no pie, although mom mixed some cannned pumpkin into our food.
Mom was furry happy to have all her kids together - peeps & fluffs! She'll post more pics this week.

So, that's basically what we've been up to - hope woo are making good memories too. Have a furry nice Sunday, effurryone!

    a-roos & woos,
    jack n' tori

PS - Tori's getting a little better each day, we're keeping up our pawrayers she continues to improve!
