According to a prposed By Law karyn674 all Strays would be reclassified as Wildlife which means that the Hamilton/Burlington Animal Control would have no responsibility to take in Strays and find them new homes!!!!
What as I said at the Meeting do yopu think these Strays are going to do. dissapear
Now they are Survivors Tough Little Creatures of God who will try and survive, the best that they can.
