Is it wrong to smile, just a little, when somebody goes flying by you in your car.... Only for you to end up in front of them in the turning lane a mile down?

I have to go to UAB Medical Center often that requires me drive down a 30 mile 6 lane highway. I usually pick a lane and stay with it the entire trip. I will have the individual that will pass me flying, changing lanes, and generally driving reckless the the whole way. I may pass him a number of times because of traffic lights. When the trip is over, usually, I am arriving at the same time as this person that did all these aggressive moves to get there.
