Yup, Tori has a tale to tell. We met her in June of 2004 when we brought Star to Destiny Siberians in southern OH to meet with Sherman. Tori sat in her kennel, going on & on, talking & singing. Not long after we adopted Sherman, she went to a home in central Ohio. That lasted one or two days, till the woman left her unattended in the yard.Tori promptly jumped the fence and ran off into the woods. She was gone for over a week, in spite of the many people searching for her. When she finally found her way back to the house, Sue & Mike took her back to Destiny with them, and she's lived there with her mom & dad & pack mates ever since. I saw her again when I returned to adopt Jack. Sue & Mike weren't looking to place her, but with Star's passing, we have a big empty spot in our lives. Sue & Mike know tht we will give her a loving and safe home, and their lives have become quite busy as they adopted an adorable baby girl from Taiwan a couple months ago. (and have 8 Sibes, 3 horses, & jobs) They felt that Tori would get a lot more one-on-one attention if she's with us. And they are correct - we look forward to spoiling her, as every good house dog deserves!
