    I've dropped TRAYS of food in a rush before. That sucked!

    I am finding this thread very interesting. Its always cool to see what people do for a living I think.

    retail (K-Mart and Mervyn's)
    camp counselor
    student worker on college campus (worked with education professors)

    Currently I am a full time security guard at a wood drying facility. They use the wood for furniture I'm told lol. I'm going to start school to be a paralegal this term . Security isn't exactly a glamor career lol.

    I am a system programmer on a mainframe machine. Can you say green screen
    don't breed or buy while shelter dogs die....

    I work as Office Management for a Aviation Company.. Been Here for 21 yrs.. I get to deal with alot of Doctors & Lawyers with their Airplanes..

    Presently: Customer Service Manager for an industrial plastics company (20+ Years, but not all in that position)
    Previously: Customer Service, File Manager, Fotohut clerk (anyone remember them?), small deli/grocery cashier, building supply store cashier, seafood market supervisor (these are not in order, just as they come to me)...I think that's it!

    Funny, I asked this same question to the PT group that gathered at my house this summer; I want to see if Puckstop signs on with the same answer he gave there!

    Office assistant at an Advertising Agency for 4 years

    Various office jobs before that.
    Have been working since High School Grad - 1970 which, I'm sure, is way before most of you were born.

    I am a retired stay at home mom Now I am a stay at home grandma. My most current job was as an admin asistant for a nonprofit senior center. BC - before children, I worked as a school teacher (English) an RN, nursing assistant during college, library assistant and cook at McDonalds. During high school I mowed lawns, shoveled snow and babysat and that is it Oh yes and MANY volunteer jobs throughout the years.

    Had a holiday job at high school looking after five intellectually handicapped downs syndrome children, love this job, my mother also worked there at the time.

    Nurse Aide,upon leaving school.

    Civilian clerical worker for defence headquarters (Air Force).

    Office Assistant (Civilian worker) for NZ Navy.

    Clerical worker and mail girl for Plastics Company.

    Waitress/housemaid for Hotel in country town.

    Avon representative.

    Clerical worker for Inland Revenue tax department (hated this job).

    Cleaner at a camp ground, worst job i have ever had, but times were hard and i needed it at the time.

    Co-Owner with my husband of second hand and new clothes shop.
