I volunteer at the animal shelter and love it. I have for almost 4 years. I worked there for a year and a half but didn't get the permanent position because I don't have my driver's license.

But I may be getting to work there paid (I don't care about the money the animals are my priority!!! ) so we'll see how that goes.

In 2006 - I was a bell ringer for the holidays for the Salvatian army never again. and before that I worked at Burger King when I was 16-17. I hated that job. I do better with animals.

I own a boarding kennel and grooming shop.

Before that, my other real, grown-up job was a financial analyst for NCR/AT&T.

In college I was an accounting intern at Caterpillar, and worked in the deli/movie rentals of a small grocery store.

In high school I worked at a daycare center for a summer (hated it!), at a movie theater for a year (loved it!), and also worked at McDonald's, Baskin Robins and as a carhop.

Soon we might be moving, and I won't have a job, for the first time ever since I was thirteen years old. How strange and scary!

Bet I know where that place was

I am retired, and loving it. For the past 10 years I have been a volunteer in the library at our local elementary school.

I'm a retired Critical Care Nurse - ER and ICU, in hospitals in NYC, Norfolk, VA and Michigan.

In high school I did babysitting, and worked in a dry cleaners.

Along the way I did some other volunteering - local Humane Society and Detroit Grand Opera Association.

I'm disabled now, but for 38 years I worked as a groundskeeper on a golf course. If you include caddying, I've worked at Longue Vue Club for 47 years. A LONG time!

    Cool!

My current job: I'm a nurse. I work for a labor union welfare fund - I help the claims adjusters when they have questions or problems that need a "healthcare mind".
Previous jobs: I've been in the insurance industry since '95. Before that I was a staff nurse at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.

B.N. (Before Nursing) The summer before my senior year of college I was a nurse's aide at a nursing home - since I was a student nurse; before that I was a cashier at J.C. Penney and Montgomery Ward for 2 summers during college, and a hospital candy striper during high school.

    Dream job: Stay-at-home mom
Praying for peace in the Middle East, Ukraine, and around the world.

I've been Boo'd ... right off the stage!

Aaahh, I have been defrosted! Thank you, Bonny and Asiel!
Brrrr, I've been Frosted! Thank you, Asiel and Pomtzu!
