I am trying to think of a reason for their stupidity. Maybe they thought if it was the right house, and they said "police" he would high tail it outta there? I am not saying he was wrong, he certainly was! Snooping around, peaking in windows at 2 am, what the hell is wrong with him? You certainly had a right to be terrified, I probably would've wind up pissing myself if that happened to me. Ridiculious! It's good to know you have a watch dog + attack dog.
