I thought I was looking at a long lost brother of my Angel Beyli when I saw Tommy, and nearly fell off of my chair when I read how he likes to talk and his fetish for drinking water. Beyli was my best buddy and talked to me constantly (I have witnesses) AND he preferred to drink his water from a large glass mug (like a beer mug I guess), and it had to be at the bathroom door. He would say "yumm yumm" when I fed him, "mama" when he was upset (he had CRF) and "morning" when we got up. Even the vet was shocked. We think he had some Siamese in him. His birthday (the day we met) would have been October 23rd so it is a heartwarming coincidence that your Tommy is cat of the day today, a few days away from the sweetest day of my life. Brown tabbies are wonderful and special souls.
