What's for dinner?

I planned on making baked spaghetti for dinner but we had that for lunch instead. I made chocolate chip pancakes for dinner.
I am desperately craving a big juicy cheese burger but I am too sick to set foot in a restaurant right now.

Tonight I made a very simple pot roast that I swear needs a holiday named after it. Both of my boys cleaned their plates and wanted more... and that is unheard of for my kids
Tomorrow I will thicken up the sauce, cut up the meat, and add more veggies to make it beef stew.
