I love hummus! It's great as a dip for pita bread, chips, and falafel and also great as a spread for crackers and sandwiches!! We usually always have some on hand. My favorite kind is just the garlic, but I like all kinds. My husband makes really good hummus and falafel from scratch- we just had some the other night.
