    That's just too funny.

Too bad you didn't get a video of that Sometimes when I take a bath the cats just look at me like why would you do that to yourself. Some of them like to watch the bubbles.

I think you were lucky- I remember one time when Tigris did a similar thing to my husband. He slipped and fell in (Tigris, that is) and used Siegmar's belly for a jump start. Five traces of blood on S.'s belly

Maybe the catnip-scented bath oil wasn't such a great idea...

Oh my. Too funny! My cats won't come near the bathroom while I am showering or bathing. However, they do come in and inspect the situation when I am done. I had one cat years ago, Kit Kat, who used to sit on the side of the tub while I was in the shower.

When we had a shower curtain Taz would sit on the edge of the tub between the curtain and the liner. But now we have shower doors. Paizly sometimes peeks in like she's curious but she's never actually jumped in. We do leave the doors closed all the time too.

Yeah, while I was reading your story I thought "oh no, she's going to have a torn up lap ".
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

    BATH or SHOWER

My LUCKY waits on the vanity for me too finish in the shower. Luck’s rule is I must be marked before I go in and immediately as I am trying to dry. He has too be with me from the time I enter the bathroom till I come out. I have had him sit on top of the shower doors. This is a cat that likes water. My inspectors are Lenny and Egypt. As soon as any one leaves the tub they have to check it, that is wife, me, or model boat test.
