Time and patience, time and patience. Don't try to rush her. Just, as much as you can, sit in the room she's in, and let her approach you. As tempting as it is to want to fuss over her, you can't right now, let her feel comfortable, and get used to her new surroundings.
You will, after all, be the bringer of all good things, and let her see you bringing food, etc. Time and patience - it will all be rewarded in time.
