    Yes it is eyelet. It is so very pretty up close I will be making a poet shirt for my husband out of the same green fabric as my under layer is made of.

    Very pretty! And haaving spent the weekend working at a Renaissance Faire, I can tell you it looks closer to the time period than many things I saw...
