My dad loved rhubarb pie - and he loved the kind I made.
Secret - just the tiniest hint of orange rind - boosts the flavour like you wouldn't believe!
These days, I would cut the sugar in half too - would still taste just fine. Apparently that can be done with most recipes from about 1970 and earlier.
But - I'll settle for a slice of pumpkin, barkeep! If there's none left...apple!
