I'm glad you gave it a name because I was sitting here thinking 'I love it, but what do it call it?'
I'm so bad....I was at Target and picking up some toys for the kitties' stockings and had to give this to them last night...see what I get for shopping early?! It's made by Hartz, their "wacky cats" line of toys called a Twirl & Whirl. Actually, the toys hanging off of it are kinda cheap. I'm giving them a day or two to destroy it and then attach more durable toys to the ends of the sticks. The cats got a kick out of it...especially when I spun the top part with all the sticks and toys around...hope I explained it right.
