I saw part of this story on Huffpost. Amazing.

What that wee thing must have suffered. I hope maybe it was unconcious for some time and didn't suffer too much. What sort of a** is the new landlord to not let the owner have her miracle live with her? I'm glad she's standing her ground and going somewhere people have some compassion.

What an awesome story! I cannot believe it!!! Think of how the owner felt when she was found. I cannot imagine. God was looking after that wee kitty. I do not understand why landlords would not allow just one little cat. Cats do way less damage than people and definitely kids! They should have made an exception in her case.

What an incredible story! I'm so happy and relieved to know that Smoka is okay and there were no serious injuries. Can you imagine what a wonderful reunion that must have been?

wow! what an amazing story, but what a happy ending! how awful it must have been for the cat and for the woman, 26 days of thinking her cat was gone, and the poor kitty, all alone and scared! I can imagine how someone kicking in the door would scare her, and cats are like that, they will hide and not come out.

so glad kitty is ok, and hopefully back with her owner soon
