The little guy putting his paws on his face...it makes sense...(like ANYTHING a cat does makes sense! LOL)...s/he is actually lying almost on his/her back on the crease between two sofa seat cushions...the video was sort of shot sideways.
There is a small cushion against the arm of the sofa that you can see earlier in the video.
