    The fair is in town so I plan on having a dozen or so funnel cakes for dinner. Yumm!

    Oh yes yum yum.. Now how do you like your funnel cake = with honey or syrup or just plain with the powder sugar??

    So jealous (and drooling!!). I haven't had a funnel cake in about 4 years! Our Allentown Fair is starting, so I'll definitely have to go there and get one!

    I made a whole bunch of grilled chicken yesterday, but I wasn't too hungry today and opted for nachos and hot salsa and a glass or 2 of wine! I can live on salsa!

    They are deep fried confections served at nearly every carnival, fair, and theme park in the USA. They are decadent!

    I'm sorry for giving a few of you a craving for funnel cakes! I would gladly send you all some... I just couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't have a few bites taken out of it.


    Oh, and I hardly ate a dozen of them. I would have exploded if I lived up to that idea.
