Well, nothing's changed! I still haven't had any contractions, still not dilated, she's not dropped. My next appointment is Thursday at 4, and we will check out her position and my progress and decide whether we'll go in to start the induction Thursday night or Friday morning. Hoping she comes of her own accord between now and then, though!
I'm feeling awesome, no problems at all sleeping or getting around or anything, so I'm ok with her being late.I'll definitely keep you guys posted! If you don't hear anything on Thursday, you can assume she's here and I'm just unable to get to the computer to update! I will write on this thread before going in on Thursday if she's still not here!

Glad you are still feeling comfortable- I guess that must make waiting for Clara to make her appearance easier. I keep checking this thread when I can for updates as it's any time now, and I'm excited to see another PT baby.
Speaking of which, I hope we get some more pictures of other PT babies soon!![]()
Will wonderful Finn have a brand new pink bow to announce to the world that he has a sibling? Or - maybe one for your front door for your neighbors to see!!
Take good care in these last hours. We are all excited about Miss Clara!
Well...no baby, yet! My appointment is at 4, so I'll update after we get home. If I don't, that means he kept us there to start the induction. I can't imagine that happening, though! My parents have had a nice, easy trip so far and should be leaving Mississippi this morning. They usually get on the road around 8am, so I'm hoping to hear from them soon. I just have some touching up to do around the house to get it ready for them, I'm so excited!
I hope all the babies and parents out there are having a great morning so far!

I hope all goes smoothly, Kari. I was induced with both of my pregnancies, and things went very well. Can't wait to "meet" baby Clara.![]()
Hope everything goes well today, Kari!! Can't wait to see Clara!

Oh, yeah, it absolutely helps that I'm not uncomfortable at all. I do tire easier, but it's not unbearable and I just rest or go to sleep when I feel the need. We're excited to see her, too.
And, as far as more photos, I completely agree with you! we need more.I will definitely be starting a thread for photos of Clara...probably will just make one thread for photos of her, since I think everyone here who knows me at all knows I will photograph her obsessively.

I never got uncomfortable with Quinn either. Not at all. I walked a mile at least every day, even the day before she was born. I walked through my Braxton Hicks. My doctor kept telling me I'd get uncomfortable but it never happened. I did get uncomfortable with Vince towards the end but it was because I was chasing around a toddler all day, was not getting near enough sleep, and weighed lots more then I did with Quinn. It's so fun to be huge pregnant and completely comfortableEnjoy it!!! You will miss being pregnant since you're so comfortable. Cherish the last days of the miracle of pregnancy. Cherish those hiccups, you will miss those. It'll be amazing to meet your daughter, but you will miss carrying her in your body.
Oh, Leslie, your family is wonderful. Quinn is absolutely beautiful. I can't believe how grown up she is. :/ Scary! But, in a good way, of course! And, your little Frenchy is precious, that is SO funny. And, yeah, he'll hate that story! Hopefully he grows out of that, I can imagine how welcome that little quirk will be at school, hahaha.
I've been having Braxton Hicks for a couple months now and they are pretty frequent. They don't hurt but they are definitely awkward sometimes. It's amazing the shapes my stomach will take!David can just look at me and tell.
And, I'm already anticipating missing my belly. I know I'll love having her to hold and see and love on the outside, but I LOVE being pregnant. I have never felt more like a woman, and I get so many compliments about how great I look. And, it's nice, because it's 99% women, and that's just unusual. Besides the basically vain aspects of why I like it, I love feeling her move around. And, she's really the safest she'll ever be, and that's a feeling I'm sure I'll miss.
All that being said, I'm really excited to meet her.![]()

Vince is so cute! I love the pictures of he and Quinn together, they look so happy! I'm glad to hear he's such an easy going baby- you can even tell in his pictures he looks so relaxed and happy. Thanks for sharing the pictures!![]()
Oh such lovely, lovely babies! Blessings to all you new moms, and blessings to all you moms to be![]()
Since Vince turned 5 months old on Saturday (the 15th), I suppose I should post some pics of him. Here's my little hunk. I'm not going to lie, he was a difficult newborn, but he has turned out to be the easiest, most laid back little dude. He's just all smiles all the time. A complete joy to know. I love him so, so much. I was so scared that I couldn't possibly love another child as much as I love Quinn, but it sure is easy when they are such easy, precious, giggly, happy little onesI'm so, so blessed. Quinn was an easy baby and since Vince has been over his colic (it lasted about 9 weeks) he's even easier then she was because he actually will take a bottle on the rare occation that we go out and do something and don't want to take kids along. I exclusively breast feed but Quinn, no matter how hard I tried, would not take a bottle, so it made going out near impossible. I love my darling babies to pieces!
Here's my little dude, my little Mamma's boy.
This photo has a story...I have a nickname for Vince. He's "Frency" because he seriously likes to stick his tongue out when you kiss him. He likes to taste our lips haha. When you even so much as make a kissy sound, he preps his tongue. He's my little Frenchy lol. It's the funniest thing. He will be mortified to hear this when he's a teenager, but we're totally getting a kick out of it
Mister serious.
My angels. I have total ab envy of Quinn, by the way haha.
A loving sister. Her love for Vince grows stronger every day. She's the best big sister and I'm so proud of her.
I hope you all enjoy. Kari I am so excited for you, you're next to become a mommy and I am just so excited for you.
