    I wanted to thank you all for the positive flow that you all must have put out there for Barry because within twenty-four hours of posting, he started to feel relief!!

    He is doing his exercises (I nag him!) and taking his anti-inflammatories and basking in the prayers from the PT folks.

    Please pray for all who perished on the helicopter and small plane that crashed in the Hudson on Aug 8. The pilot of the Cessna was my best friends's daughter's father in law. I know the family fairly well. All are suffering indescribable pain now. Too tragic for words.

    I've been thinking & praying for all those involved - so sad. Will say a special prayer for your friends - can't imagine how hard this is for them.
