2009 Pregnancy/baby thread

For the breach babies have you tried rocking on your hands and knees? I have no personal experience with breach babies, but I know people who had breach babies and a couple people had success getting their babies to turn by rocking on their hands and knees. Good luck to both of you!

I haven't done the exercises multiple times a day, but I have done a couple yoga poses irregularly to let gravity sortof take over and encourage Clara to go head first instead of breech (which I just looked up and breech literally means buttocks! ). She'll go where she wants to ultimately, but we can sure try to help out!
