I hope her owner won't come back. The policy at the shelter I vounteer at is if he owners come after 72 hours, they have to go through the adoption process. They can't just take the dog back. If she wanted her dog back so badly, why hasn't she showed up yet?
Thats the same policy here. I am really confused on exactly WHY we are not making the woman fill out an application... ESPECIALLY because she got this wonderful application the other day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She has a chance for the perfect home
