Thank you. One moon table site I was looking at yesterday said it was 7/22, but everywhere else it's 7/21, so I'm going with the majority. BTW is that time EDT or EST? I'm in the PDT zone so I have to recalculate the times

07:35 our time. (pacific)

The time that is posted on many sites if Universal time.

You needn't worry about writing it at the exact time of the new moon. The closer to the time the better but sometimes I forget and will write it the next day and it still has worked for me.

Thanks - I'm dealing with some none-too-smart peeps on another site and am having one heck of a time explaining this to one member in particular.
