RIP sweet Milo.And, bless you, Melissa, for giving this boy the love and care he so richly deserved. I just now read about him and am so sad to hear what happened.
At least his last week here was with someone who loved him dearly.

I am so sorry for your loss of Milo. He is in kitty heaven, playing with Tigger and the other cats in heaven.
