    Where did I say that being a song-and-dance man was a bad thing?

    You asked the question whether it was sad or ironic that a comedian is now a senator - (I would consider that to be just as minimizing/insulting as you seem to imply I have been toward Senator Murphy).

    You didnt answer the question though, you redirected then like you are redirecting now.

    ETA: TO answer my own question I think its ironic as most politicians are a joke, and Franken might actually do a better job then most of them.
