He plans to market the powdered water to the only logical place on the planet-The Middle East. "If we can begin production of powdered water on a large scale, we can open up a trade agreement with the countries that are located in the ME." Obama said. "We can then use the leverage to possibly trade for oil or reduce the cost of buying petroleum products from the area.
