It's awful not knowing.

I so hope little PupKat has wandered off and found his real mom - and possibly siblings. How far are your nearest neighbors - yes, I know you already asked them, but little kittens will find the most amazing places to hide.

Sending lots of positive thoughts that nothing bad happened.

I know you probably have, but a double check of garages and shed in which he might have gotten shut might be another thing to try. You and he'll be in our prayers.

Well...with a face like that, it is very likely that someone else decided to adopt him! I have a feeling he is going to wander back in the near future.
