Here's what I know so far, I got this e-mail from Lori this morning:

Thanks so much for your email. I do have one person in New Hampshire who
I've been emailing. He seems very interested, I emailed him more
information about her personality to really see if his home would be good
for Greta. If for some reason it won't be a good fit, I will let you know.

I will be in touch and let you know what happens. Let me know if you have
    any other questions.

and I got this e-mail from someone is CA:

    Hi Melissa:

Thanks for all of the hard work on Greta's behalf. I am shocked at how Greta is being treated. Shameful! I live in Cal, and have no other cats, if you can get her to Modesto, I will take her. I know that's a bit unrealistic, but I applaud your efforts. Good for you!

    Regards

I know people of both sexes who desert their dear furbabies if a new love interest decides the pet is "in the way". I am trying to adopt an 8-year-old male cat I know who is locked in one little room because the new girlfriend is "allergic" to cats. She is not, however, allergic to her dogs. Such a shame!

I've called a Scottish Fold rescue and left a message. Hopefully they can find a foster home for this beautiful girl.

I'll let you know when I hear anything. This beautiful girl needs a furrrever home. And I hope the former owners rot in hell for doing this to her.

    Hi All-

I haven't heard back from Lori yet, the last time I heard from her was on
Thursday. This is part of an e-mail she sent to Jim and CC me on it and it looks
like there is a guy in NH that is interested in adopting her but I e-mailed Lori
back to see if Greta is indoors right now or if she still outside.

This is part of that e-mail:

Thanks so much for your email. I do have one person in New Hampshire who I've

information about her personality to really see if his home would be good for
Greta. If for some reason it won't be a good fit, I will let you know.

Last night I called Lori and left a message saying that if Greta does not have a
foster home indoors that I will drive out there today and come and foster here.

I'm still waiting to hear back of course I didn't call her till 8:30 p.m. last
night so hopefully I'll hear something about Greta today.
