WOW!!!! You've been busy, Sandie. It really paid off too. The floors are beautiful. I can't believe how gorgeous they look. Your property values just went way up.

How did your Dad do during all this? I think my Mom would get very confused.

Well, the rooms do seem larger, Oyster, but that could be because I removed all the "junk!" We didn't have carpet, just refinished existing hardwood floors and replaced the one really bad hardwood floor.

Terry, Dad did OK as we didn't touch his bedroom at all. That got new hardwoods when I bought the house, before we moved in.

The new floors look great. The one good thing about home improvements is that you're forced to declutter at the same time. I did this when I got new carpet.
