Jamie Moyer did a good job for most of the game but I hate it when people keep referring to him as old. I guess I have one foot in the grave then. Brad Lidge wasn't able to pull off the save. Oh well, there is always another game and then another.....

Vin Scully kept pressing the point last night. Except he does in a nice way.

It goes something like, "Moyer, a veteran of many major league seasons, is a crafty pitcher...."

It's like being insulted in a nice way! Had it not been for the error, we may not be having this conversation? Today's game is at 4:00. Enjoy it and get some shut-eye!

I am getting a little tired of the Dodgers coming to life in the bottom of the 9th. On to extra innings!!!!

Richard, do you know how long the longest ball game (innings) was! Hubby didn't know. I guess I could Google.

Can't stop hoping just yet. At least tonight's game didn't go to extra innings at 1:30 in the morning. There is always a bright side.
