Poor Baby.. Yes I would have the Vet check this baby out for UTI.. You can buy sprays for pee oder & or use Coffee WeT Grounds or Lemon Juice.. Leave each of choice on the carpet to soak in & then clean up.. Anything with acid & or engymes will work..
